Jamie Foxx is an institution. The actor got an Oscar for his portrayal of Ray Charles and starred in a bunch of epic flicks (Uncle Flaviar is partial to Django Unchained). But he's more than a talented actor, Grammy-awarded musician, and comedian. He's also known for throwing some pretty legendary parties — at least before the Rona hit. It was there that he noticed his guests just couldn't get enough of one particular drink. The drink was BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon, the delicious Spirit from Heritage Distilling Co. It turned out to be just the thing he was looking for, a project into which he could pour his entrepreneurial skills. Naturally, it helped that he fell in love with the flavored Whiskey himself.

BSB stands for "Brown Sugar Bourbon". We first wrote about this interesting dram back in the Spring of 2019 when it was winning a TON of awards — getting EVERYONE’S attention. BSB 103 Brown Sugar Bourbon is that exact same, delightful, Bourbon flavored with brown sugar and cinnamon to complement the natural profile of the Spirit. But where the "normal" BSB has a lightly intoxicating ABV of a mixed drink, BSB 103 is bottled at mighty 51.5% ABV. The bigger, overproofed brother has recently gotten a sexy new bottle under the leadership of Foxx. Don't fret ― the juice within is just as epic as it was before.
