Nose: Radiant slices of green melon and charred stone fruits like quince, peaches and plums move quickly into deeper notes of oak- scented rickhouse and and toasted cornbread crumbs

Palate: Toasty wood oven baked peach pies with a flaky hand- turned crust, introduces your taste buds to the deeper sultry flavors, intensely redolent of crunchy, sweet potato crusted hush puppies

Finish: The long finish reveals exuberant aromatics of country fair corn dogs deep fried in lard along with lighter notes of salted figs
