Our tequila is 100% USDA certified organic. We start with the highest quality agave, and tend to it by hand, so that we don't need to use any additives or chemicals in our process.

Single Estate, Farm to Bottle
Our agave plants are grown on a single estate near the distillery itself, thriving on the mineral-rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands.

Natural, open-top fermentation with wild yeasts enhances the natural aromas and creates a more full-bodied tequila.
Naturally Rested Before Bottling
After fermenting, the tequila is twice distilled in pot stills then rested for two months, allowing it to aerate naturally for a smoother, softer profile before aging.
