A rich and creamy spirit, Druimshanbo Whiskey is an exceptionally smooth, complex Irish Single Pot Still whiskey that promises to tantalize your taste buds. The unique flavour comes from the combination of barley malt aged in ex-Bourbon barrels blended with Sherry Casks filled with Oloroso Sherry. Head Distiller Brian Taft's goal was to highlight aromas of honey, dark fruits, vanilla and oak. Certain to be enjoyed on its own or as a key ingredient in classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.

Using malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats, this elegant Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey follows on from the inaugural release with a more bourbon cask focus and will be a staple expression for The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney into the future.
