Pacific Oblivion 2009 Tasting Notes

Nose: Beautifully seductive. Dried fruits with a medicinal note reminiscent of an Islay whisky.

Palate: Thick, waxy mouthfeel. Citrus tart in biscuity pastry. Vanilla, liquorice, mint, and spices such as pink pepper and nutmeg.

Finish: Medium to long with fruit and spice.
